I do things differently. Not as marketing — these are my actual house rules.

Reply within 4 hours. Every email, every WhatsApp, every call. If I miss it, your first visit is free.

Three-number quote, always. Minimum, expected, maximum — with clear explanations. No extra werk surprises at the end.

The first visit is a conversation, not a sale. Coffee at your kitchen table. I listen first. I quote afterward. Forty-five minutes, no pressure.

Daily photo updates during the job. A private WhatsApp group with one image per day. You always know what is happening, even if you are at work or abroad.

I don't disappear after the invoice. A handwritten note three days later. A check-in at three months. A small gift at one year — usually a bottle of Italian olive oil with my label.

Quotes, contracts, invoices in your language. Nederlands, English, Italiano — basic Deutsch.

An honest no when no is the right answer. If your idea won't work, I'll tell you. If I can't do something, I'll refer you to someone who can.

Comfortable in every space. As a female contractor, working in bedrooms, bathrooms, with women home alone, or with elderly clients who prefer a female professional in their home, is part of what I do well.
